This renovation project transforms an old building located in a park into a contemporary public space designed for relaxation, exhibitions, and community activities. The architectural approach blends subtle modernism with respect for the natural surroundings.

The building’s exterior is clad in reflective panels, allowing the park’s scenery to visually merge with the structure, making it both striking and harmonious within the landscape. Facades are oriented thoughtfully—particularly to the north and west—to minimize harsh sunlight reflection and ensure a comfortable environment for visitors.

The design embraces stylish minimalism, emphasizing clean lines, balanced proportions, and a strong connection between nature and architecture.
