Facade Renovation — Seven-Story Classical Building
This project reimagines the facade of a seven-story classical building that has been altered several times over the years. The main focus is the central gap where the original facade was missing and the staircases were exposed.
The new design encloses these staircases in sculptural metallic shells, visually linking the two halves of the structure and giving the building a unified, contemporary expression.
The facade combines restored brickwork with large panoramic glazing. Full-height windows bring natural light into the interior and create a clean contrast between historic masonry and modern transparency, enhancing the building’s identity within the urban environment.
